PPA 2800, Polymer Processing Additives

Lanpoly PPA 2800, containing 97% active ingredient, is a kind of free-flowing 10 mesh white powder. It can improve the processing performance of polyolefin with very low additive amount (50-800 ppm), producing no influence on the physical properties of resins themselves or the bonding, printing and heat sealing properties of products.

Suitable for polyolefin resins such as mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and also suitable for non-olefin resins such as PC, PET and ABS.

The dispersion degree of PPA in resins determines its effect to a great extent. 2-3% masterbatch is recommended to be first made by twin screw extruder and then added to extrusion resins according to target additive amount. In first-time use, there will be 20-60 min onset time according to equipment, raw material and shearing speed. For equipment that long-term continuously uses PPA 2800, there’s no onset time.
